12/09/16 at 22:55Writer-director Joss Whedon located himself killing off many dears in his script to deliver the film at a manageable length as it wove together such a large menagerie of superheroes, including newcomers Scarlet Witch (Elizabeth Olsen) and Quicksilver (Aaron Taylor-Johnson), into the battle between Iron Man, Black Widow, Captain America, Thor, Hulk, Hawkeye, and the robot monstrosity Ultron.
